Equipment and Inventory Manager

Hi, I’m Lexy and I am a certified veterinary technician (CVT) as well as the equipment and inventory manager here at MDAEH. In 2016 I decided to start my career in veterinary medicine and began attending classes at YTI in York, PA where I received my degree, and then ultimately passed the VTNE earning my credentials in 2017. After working in general practice for 3 years, I decided to “try out” emergency medicine. In 2019 I found my passion of working in emergency and critical care; the unknowing, busy, and challenging world that ER medicine brings is exhilarating. In June 2020 I was brought on to the MDAEH technician team part-time and in May 2021 I was offered a full-time position.

I share a home with my better half, Robert, in Marietta with our 3 Dalmatians, Aurora, Apollo, and Anubis, as well as our daughter Esmeé. In our spare time, we enjoy renovating our home, snowboarding, hiking, arcade gaming, hunting, sharing stories by a fire, and hanging out with our friends and family.

In the adverse event, you have to visit MDAEH, I look forward to providing both you and your furry (or furless) companion with dignity and compassion during such a stressful and difficult time.
