Testimonials

All of you were amazing with Diva today. She has rebounded nicely and has been doing great since I brought her home. You were really thorough with her and calming my daughter down on the phone. So reasonable in price, as well. Not that I want to have another emergency with my pets, but if I do, I definitely know where I'm taking them. Thank you.

Thank you to the all the staff who worked the evening of 6/2 and early morning hours of 6/3. Had to say goodbye to my kitty, Buffy, who was 19. I was lucky to have had such a long-time with her, but it still was gut-wrenching to let her go. It was her time to cross the ðŸŒˆ bridge and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more caring, supportive vet team.

Everyone was caring and compassionate. They provided excellent care to our hurt furbaby. It's wonderful that there is now a choice in this area. I believe that the other emergency vet in the area needs the competition. They leave a lot to be desired. Mason Dixon and Dr. Parr were wonderful! Thank you!

They took excellent care of my fur baby Piper. She is starting to bounce back to her old self. Highly recommend!

I have never been treated so good as I was last night. Sammy is my baby and I have had so many losses in the past few years. Everyone at Mason Dixon Animal hospital was extremely warm and very understanding. So glad to know there is a place like this in the area.  I can't thank you all enough for your kindness and attention.

I can't speak more highly of your team and service. My dog was suffering from a tumor and we were debating whether to put him down or keep him alive, hoping there was a possibility that he would recover. As soon as I called, I was immediately connected to Dr. Joanna Parr. She assessed my situation and told me the pros and cons of all possible outcomes. She was direct with me and told me her honest opinion, but still allowed me to make the decision for myself. My partner and I were emotionally compromised from making the most sound decision at the moment, so having her listen to our concerns and being so understanding about it really helped. Her warm and caring nature told us that she cared about our dog and about us, and ensured us that the decision we made would be in his best interest. She was also able to give my partner and I the confidence to make the right decision. It's one thing to know the right decision, it's another to make that decision and to feel confident making that decision. Joanna was empathetic, supportive, and steered us in the direction needed for my dog to have the best outcome possible.

In addition to that, she followed up with us a couple of days later to check how we were doing emotionally and consoled us. This was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make, and Joanna was there to help us through it all. I can't thank her enough for being there when we needed it the most.

When my Labrador ingested some cleaning solution, I didn’t know where to go. It was late afternoon on a Sunday and our usual vet was closed. Thankfully, the amazing team at Mason Dixon could see us right away and offered prompt medical help to get Lucy feeling her best again. I cannot thank you enough!
